In this project we will do an automatic door lock system using a 4 4 keypad and servo motor controlled by arduino.
Open and closed a servo door lock.
It will open door and send confirmation message otherwise it will send alert message.
If key key if the lock is open it can be locked again by pushing o r on the keypad.

To detect the door opening door closing events we can detect the state change on the arduino input pin.

When you insert the bent paperclip stick the straightened paperclip beneath it and move it around.

When i saw this i instantly wanted my own for my door.
If the state changes from high to low the door closing event is detected.
If the state changes from low to high the door opening event is detected.
After a bit of tinkering i got a working model.
After some wiggling your lock will hopefully open.
The command to close the lock after or is pushed.
The required circuit is a simple pulse generator based on a 555 timer arduino or pic microcontroller.
